Overture's new sponsored search center

I have been receiving emails from yahoo sponsored search that they will be migrating the acccount to a new system with much better options etc.,

I am receiving this for abour 2 months. When is the deadline that yahoo has?

Has anybody seen the new sponsored search center? Is it atleast good enough to specify budgets on a per campaign basis?
