Hi,
I built a pharmacy site and is currently doing some link development on it. I bought the domain name last week and it has already been indexed by google, yahoo and msn this week. I've made about 50 link exchanges with very little success rate (sites are either slow to approve or doesn't check their e-mail for new link exchange requests... I dono). I'm a newbie at link development. How do I get good rankings on search engines through link development? I've tried various anchor text which targets a keyword, how long do I have to wait to see some results if I manage to get about 1-3 backlinks a day?
