hello everybody,
please tell me that at the time of link building it is important to check the PR of the page on which the link will appear or not.
if home page PR = 5
linking(resource) page PR = 0

The pr of that page is important where your link is listed or goin to be listed.

Don't get all stuck on PR value, Relevance is actually more important, and who's to say that the low PR won't get boosted in the future.
Relevant themed links.... That's the way to go
Getting a link to a weight reduction site from a PR8 website about automobiles, won't be as effective than a PR0 website about Fat Loss.

The PR of the exact page where your link will appear counts. However don't get too obsessed with PR, etc.
Any DoFollow link coming from a good quality site will help you to boost your rankings over time.
