Considering your position in the medical field, I believe that you are most suited to write about the orders preceding your most recent post.

However, thread hijacking, or advertising your products or services in someone else's thread, isn't really nice for the thread starter.

May I suggest, Sir, that you make your own thread instead. You have more than enough posts, I believe, to be able to start a discussion.
