Any DoFollow link is good for Google. Links from established site and somehow related to your niche are the best.

You cannot submit the actual article to those websites but you can submit the link. If you are going to submit the actual article you should look into an article directory or use your own website.

No its not considered spam to submit a page to multiple social bookmarking sites. In fact it can really help you drive more traffic to your article.
Good luck!
I have created a buzz story on Yahoo. I just logged into buzz.yahoo.com, and then went to create a new story, then submit the story yesterday.
Now I want the buzz button added to my website. When I put the code, it's not showing the status on buzz...rather it's telling to create a new story. When I try to create a new story about my story, it's telling me that is not possible. (may be because a story exists about the url)
I have gone through the codes but found nothing significant.
Is there anyone, who can help me to
1. put the link of the existing buzz story to buzz up on my site
2. can multiple story be submitted to yahoo buzz about a single url?
Didn't see anyone to reply. :-(
But, I have solved the problem myself. Just changed the below line in the buzz code
yahooBuzzArticleId = window.location.href;
I put the exact URL as "http://siteurl.com/page" instead of window.location.href
So, the line is now:
yahooBuzzArticleId = "http://siteurl.com/page"
That is showing my current votes!

If you submit your article in popular social bookmarkings either dofollow or nofollow, some traffic will moov to your website. Our main aim is to increase traffic. But dofollow social bookmarking increase ranking of your website in google. Digg, delicious, netscape, buzzflash, mixx, stumbleupon, etc are very popular and your interesting article may attract lots of visitors.
