Blog Posting - paid or do it yourself

I would like to get a blogger to manage link bait contests, write some reviews and generally handle blog links for link development. do i have to go to payperpost or something like that or is it best to hit on some bloggers and feel them out on the ideas. I am sure they are familiar as the blogging community is getting more commercialized by the day? Any ideas?

Best bet is to contact bloggers who have experience running a blog and talk to them about what you want to do. Trying to go with payperpost will result in different people writing your content, thus giving your blog many different writing styles which will look funny to your readers. Get a dedicated blogger who will give you a single writing style and build it from there.

Actually I have tried that and they are pretty busy. It seems bloggers are commercializing their blogs quite well, which is to be expected. I will slog on and keep trying. I know there are some good bloggers that are waiting for an opportunity to make some $$. Like everything I just havent' knocked on enough doors yet. Thanks!
