Is it possible to received so much traffic that you can reach a point where you are unable to utilize 100% of your bandwidth? So many requests, that only 50% of your bandwidth is being utilized?

No sure if I got your question but bandwidth utilization depends on the web site. If you have many images and video downloads then it requires high bandwidth.
