I do not think you have too many ads, however, I think the pop up is annoying.

Far too many (3 at least) popups for a start page. for content pages are 3 popups bearable, I am immediately leaving sites with 3 popups. YMMV

too much adds on site is surely risk for losing visitors

avoid using too many adds on ur site

I think there are too many ads.

Also, the popups are so distracting the users may not feel interested.
