Need PHP Programmer with Magento Experience

I need to create a module for Magento which enables a client to upload an image file when they order a product, for a custom tee-shirt print. This will involve writing code to upload a file to my server, and somehow identify it with the order. If you know what I am talking about, and know how to do it, or have done it, PM me, or respond to this thread, I am willing to pay for your work, it is an essential feature we need for a shopping cart, and we want to use Magento.
