I am looking for a list of blogs with top commentator also if anyone has one.

One thing I noticed about this plugin, is that it does encourage more comments. The quality of those comments, however, is questionable. You usually get one guy named "Seo Freddy" who is always at the top of your list.

If you want to encourage quality comments, I would suggest Lucia’s Linky Love (http://money.bigbucksblogger.com/lucias-linky-love-a-dofollow-plugin-to-foil-human-comment-spammers/)

Dodger is right, some of the comments can be quite content thin, i too have been guilty of posting just for posting sake but it is a way a gaining some untargeted traffic.

My blog is also dofollow, I didn't see a need to also give out sitewide links though as I figured google might look upon that poorly for both me and my commentators. Lucia's Linky Love is a great plugin ;)
