Actually quality backlink is the quality of the site where your link is placed.....like what is the page rank of that site...what is the category of that site........category means if your site is related to web design is the back link also from the same field.....that's all quality backlinks....but if your site is related to web design and you are backlinking it from some sports site then google dont count it as a quality link......hope you understand what a quality backlink is......

Getting PR1 is very simple: just get one backlink from a blog/site with PR3. It is as simple as that.
or just keep submitting in directories, press release or do social bookmarking.

This is an awful thread - and i am part of the problem. I suspect that if someone knows about a signature and indeed i saw 2 links - that person knows about getting a PR1/2 etc. Sorry, but I opted to spend an afternoon "learning" and this was ....rgds to all
