Any advise on a decent trustworthy site to buy a domain name

Hi all, quite new to all this, does anyone know of a decent trustworthy website to buy a domain name from?, i have looked at a few but just wondered if some were better than others.

register at either domainsite or moniker. both good registrars.
to buy a name check out buydomains.com
expensive but they have great names.

NameCheap. The best. Free pushes (transfer from one to another), easiest setup (easy on the eyes), cheap prices (always have coupons that will push the price down to 8.41 per domain). LOVE NAMECHEAP. SO EASY.

name cheap is good too. although they are not actally that cheap.
6.99 for .coms at domainsite.
