I am very tempted to purchase a godaddy reseller plan.

The buy rates are decent.. It has potential to price domains reasonably lower than other registrars...

I think it has potential if you market it well enough and drive enough traffic to the website

what do you think?

Is it worth it??

It is really depends how you market it. If you can't market it, you can't make money. But if you own lots of domains, you may try the basic plan for yourself.

If you are looking for GoDaddy/WWD's reseller plan, you may try here
http://www.hostdomainzone.com/reseller/

The same product, but lower price.

I tried it out...I thought the payout was too small...What is it at now like $.99 or $2 per year per domain?

It's not worth it...waste of time and money. You will not be able compete with the big boys.
