France can play the best soccer in the world but then the other match they play like a bunch of morons. Italy wins if France can't get the teamplay to work.

I agree, this one could go either way. Italy were by far the better team in the Semi games, though if France play as well as they did against Brazil then they'll win. Definately not one for a betting man :)

Italy match was something once in a lifetime, i have never seen any match like that...2 goals in final 2 minutes and first one an absolute gem...They deserves to win but to win they will need to defeat Zidane...

I think Italy will win. Mainly because they have the far superior keeper.

Barthez isn't very good- IMO.

My prediction: 2-0 Italy. Maybe 3-0.

From their performance against Germany, I think Italy has the ability to force goals out of themselves when they feel pressured to do so. I don't think France has this ability and so, if the game is close, I think Italy will win out.

Funny to see this today where more people (28%) think Germany is going to win and only 26% think that France will win.

Good to see that Germany is still a favorite even though their out.

Guys after watching the play of first half i donnt think France will win...they are simply been unplayed by Italy. Zidane cannt win the match alone...Italy strikers are the best i have seen in a long time....

Cannt beleive what happened last night. Zidane really put a shame to himself by his act and was infact also responisble for France loss. Anyhow Italy was the best team in the tournament and they deserves to take away world cup. Who won the golden boot??

He would have had to have scored three in the final to get it, so no, not likely.
He annonced his retirement before the World Cup started.
