Problem with alexa rank.

When I check the alexa rank of one of my sites, using www.alexa.com it returns 288,449 (http://www.alexa.com/data/details/traffic_details?&range=3m&size=large&compare_sites=&y=r&url=www.viduranet.com#top ) but alexa toolbar says rank of www.viduranet.com is 330,880. Sometimes alexa toolbar returns both ranks at the same times. Anyone of you experienced this?

I think this is normal,
the alexa toolbar checks your rank daily while the alexa site checks your rank on average 1 month or 3 months based
so i think this can be reason
when i check my site rank in alexa site it shows different than that in toolbar.

Thanks for the explanation. However just now I found that toolbar also returns 288,449.
