How to aquire a domain.

I am trying to buy www.nimocks.com for obvious reasons. It is for sale on sedo and I have made offers for awhile with no response.

Does anyone know a way to aquire a domain name from someone that obviously isnt checking his/her email to see offers? Looking for a service of some sort that could do this for me.

Been there and it can be hard work, start with the whois details obvioulsy, think outside the box!

Snail mail
Email contacts
Contact his host and ask if they could forward on a message
Telephone

Use the owners name and search google, forums, friends reunited/myspace etc
Search for their name & town use all major search engines when searching to look for recent activity on other sites or other sites/domains they own or different contact data.

Seems to be registered by pelitech dot com
Have you tried info at pelitech.com as thats the email addy listed on their site.

They also seem to own thenetsmith.com which may be another way of contacting them through.

Ya thats who I emailed. I never seem to have any luck with email responses though. :(

Try http://www.thenetsmith.com/contact.asp its the same company that own that site/domain.

Maybe they just don't want to sell. Or, it expires in september - maybe it will drop.
