View Full Version : Azoogle Ads reporting problems

I have just joined up with Azoogle ads and I am finding all sorts of reporting anomalies. e.g. I have leads that I am not getting credited for with an "IGNORE THESE STATS" message nexty to them. Also, on the spreadsheet download there are several days missing.
Anyone else experiencing this? I can't make head or tail of it.

contact them via AIM - I'm sure they would be more than happy to answer you.
I've never seen anything like that from them...

Are any of you in the ringtone market? It is relating to those offers. Maybe it only applies to that area?

Contact your account rep right away and they will take care of it for you.
I don't think they read this forum on a regular basis.
They are one of my clients so I could tell them to come here, but I know what they would say. For them to investigate they would need your site and account info so it's best for you to work directly (and privately) with your rep who can find out what's going on. Their support is great, so take advantage of it.

I recently signed up and keep getting these things, too. I wrote help@azoogleads.com, I hope they reply quickly.
If you find anything out, let us know!

Is it just me or do these ringtone ads just not convert? I have had over 1000 clicks on my ringtone affiliate page with 0 conversions (that would be 1000 going to the actual ringtone page, not just my site).

obiviously it had worked but it may be that the market is getting saturated plus maybe many people have seen the offer you are promoting already? I dunno as i dont run ringtones... but i am sure it is similar to other offers it is just getting the right cmobo to work.

Shoemoney swears by ringtones, so I guess they work. I haven't been able to get them to convert at decent rates either, though.

I heard Clark Howard talking about the way they bill for them, hidden on the phone bill. Parents are getting pretty irate about it and I have a good feeling the whole market will dry up here shortly. I dabbled and I guess 1000 hits on the actual affiliate page with 0 converts is enough to tell me to move on.

ShoeMoney has a huge network built around them, where each site builds on the others. That is why he is making a killing off of them.
Also, I don't doubt that he started in another market, and then started promoting ringtones when he had the capital to invest into building his network and taking ringtones over.

Shoe i do know your secret recipe... it's not give up and trial finetune trial fintune sometimes change strategy finetune trial.. :) eventually get it right and make some money or make lots of money.....
I know it's not where you make your MAIN money but i am sure you get people signing up in your downline for different affiliates due to it and make money because of it... plus i am sure there are some people clicking ads etc...
I was on your first show and i had a question and you did answer it as thats when you answered some questions from people posting in the chat :).
BTW congrats on the little one... and in my opinion ringtones isn't saturated yet ;) *LOL*

Jon12345,
Firstly, you are more than welcome to call us and speak to us directly if there are any questions regarding reporting.
As for those "ignore these stats" offers, have to apologize about those. They are meant to be there for our advertisers, but were being mistakenly displayed to publishers. Those stats are meaningless and should be ignored (which is why we put the big IGNORE THESE STATS) in the offer description :) The offer you should be basing your earnings on is the offer that has a value attached to the leads. (In this case for Blinko offer 2995.
As for conversions on the offers as a whole, they are still quite consistent with the way they were before. Since more publishers have begun promoting ringtone offers, there is increased competition so it has gotten harder for publishers to promote the offers, but conversions have stayed very strong.
In any case, if you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us, we're available via phone, email or IM.
Cheers.

I gotta give the thumbs up to the support at AzoogleAds. You can contact them pretty much instantly, if you take their timezone into consideration (I'm UK based).
