Ive been using gmail for a long time now, and recently every time I open my inbox this message comes up:
Error
Some Gmail features have failed to load. If this problem persists, try reloading the page, using the older version, or using basic HTML mode. Learn More.
OK
If I dont switch to the "older version", I cannot open any messages.
Its really annoying. I dont want to clear ALL of my cookies, any other ways to fix it?
p.s: mods please move it to general section, I didnt notice that this section is related to Optigold. I thought its for all bugs.

your bandwidth of lan network is too low.
At the peak time your lan network is too busy, and you got little bandwidth.
I encounter this problem sometimes.

I get that message sometimes because of my slow connection. Try refreshing the page or opening Gmail in a different browser.

My bandwidth?? I can download at 50 kb/sec anytime. It surely not a network issue. Probably its the gmail's server. Strange. I thought this error will dissapear, but its now like 4th day.
23 Skidoo, tried refreshing and logging out and in, nothing helped.

Yeah I get that same error sometime but usually only when my connection is slow, but usually if I just reload it works ok.
I agree it's because of slow Internet connection. I face similar problem when my monthly bandwidth finish. :(

True, even my net is quite fast and never experienced downloading issues with any other site. I am facing the same problem from last 3 days, and the most interesting part of gmail is that, when I try to login my different email, it work fine and whenever I try to switch the previous one I have the same problem.
I guess it is the problem with google servers, not at the end user desk.

I have another error: every time I log immediately a pop up appears saying basically that another user is connected trough the browser and I must log out. Then, I have to connect for a second time and it works.
The most strange thing is when I enter Gmail, and I see for example, my brother's account open.. and I press log out and then enter.. with my account, that message appears.. which is quite odd since the other user was logged out by me.
Anybody with that problem?.
It's like for 5 days now.

This can happen on slow connections. Are you using dial up connection by any chance. I had this problem briefly when I had problems with my broadband and had to conect to theinernet using my mobile phone. IF you ar using a slower onnection try using the non html quick load option in gmail. It can be found on the bottom righ of the post login screen.

so maybe you have something downloading in the background? that might be eating up all the bandwidth..
trying stopping all downloading processes such as torrent clients etc....it should work..

I experienced that also, I just refreshed my browser and its ok. But if still persists, try loading it to HTML view. I think it is due to slow connection of your internet as said by huyhoa.

Actually, this can happen if you login to one gmail account and then try to log out too quickly (before chat has loaded, etc). I have multiple accounts and this happens to me very frequently. I will sign into one account, see if I have new mail, then hit sign out before letting the page finish loading. It will then give a popup that says "You have been logged out" and let you log out. Then when you try to log back in (to any gmail account) it will not load properly and you'll have to use the HTML version for at least 20 minutes or so.
That's what happens to me at least and I know it's not a bandwidth issue. :)

I have noticed the same thing, if i log out too quickly, i will get that message, so its not a bandwidth problem for me ;)

I've experienced this problem myself a few times, I think it's a query string timeout if their server is busy or if your computer/connection is slow. Reloading the page and clearing your cache usually solves the problem :)

You have a very slow connection. I can download 10-12 GB every four hours.
How can it be of a slow connection, if I am downloading 1-2 GB a day and have a 512 Kbps unlimited plan ?

Never reply to anything like this, it's fake, hotmail will never do that. It's people trying to steal your email account, and get things like your paypal details from it and steal your money.
Delete it.
