How to not renew domain in netfirms.com?

I don't want to renew domain with netfirms and not transfer either. I logged in and tried to find button to cancel renewal but couldn't find it. Could anyone here know how to disable domain renewal in netfirms.com? :)

I know this is an old thread but the only way I could do this is to put in a support ticket.
