Once i was searching on google for high pr back link and i reached a website where a webmaster asked to contact me through email and then he will send email contaning High PR blogs. He asked that you can get High PR back link by posting to these blogs. Here is the list

All blogs have pr rang 3 to 6. But I do not know how to post to these blogs.

You could provide your comments on blog posts in the sites that is closely related to your own website niche. It will actually hurt your PR if your backlink traffic comes from a website not associated with your niche. I suggest provide quality comment (no spamming) on at least 5 related blogs per day....

I think a link is a link regardless so any back link will help, if you want to help with SERP than use anchor text
