First google and find the websites those are related to your business. Contact their web master in regard for the link exchange. Also, do marketing your website links through Forum posting, directory submissions, article marketing, blogging and article submission.

Find the sites that link to your competitor's sites and try to get links on those sites. That's what I'm doing anyway. Just got a highly relevant PR5 edu link for FREE yesterday just by emailing the webmaster and being nice.
