I am kind of confused with what it is? I see you can signup for their adwords like service, but where are they advertising since they are not excepting publishers yet, correct?

They run the ads on search engine querie results pages

Ahhh, ok. It looks like they have a pretty solid system thought up. Can't wait to try their contextual ads in the future.
