$20 + $10 worth of VOIP Calls - for logo of VOIP Service

Another contest. We have a VOIP company named VENTRIO which has no logo yet.

And would require a logo and graphic title for the website

it would need to have a new logo design, and nice font and color for the words
VENTRIO VOIP and with a small tagline "Wholesale A-Z Termination"

the company is into Voice Over Internet Protocol or VOIP and DID services

vivko: thanks - I would prefer for the VENTRIO to be solid with proper spacing and nice font and effect as the "VOIP" word is in general just a service description so the VENTRIO would need to stand our while the VOIP though may be smaller than "ventrio", fits in the picture. I also would want to the design to have a logo before, or on top of the Title. Please put in mind the corporate look and feel of the service.

the domain that is to be used is ventrio.com that is why it needs to stands out.

I am also playing in my mind a large "V" common initials of "Ventrio" and "Voip" so how can that be used in your imagination? for the logo probably?

vivko: thanks for the revision though it does not seem very exciting.
itaydr: it seems the ventrio word does not rise above the other text. nice gradient though
danstyled: your design is very nicely done i like the crystal look. could you add a small tagline at the bottom probably line separated or blended well with the design? it should read A-Z Wholesale Termination.
