simple flash advert required ... lots of winners?

Posted this contest sometime ago but i didnt explain it very well so now i have a example of the type of advert i require.

See thestagandhengroup.co.uk and notice the advert in flash to the right side of the screen that reads 'weekends from an amazing 79'

Ok this is the type of advert i require ...

Needs to be clean and professional
Open to any colors?
221px(height) x 224px (width)
needs to link to another page on click ...

The advert needs to have the following text ...

can't find a holiday ...
do you have a special requirement ...
let us do the hard work and find the holiday that matches your requirements
click here to send us a holiday request and let our experts contact you!

The above text can be moved about and does not need to follow the above order ...
The advert will be on a 'travel' web site so needs to be clean and smooth running

Its a new pc so nope. May try to get my hands on flash cs3 tommorow but if anyone submits anything before then feel free to take it.
