2001 Toyota Prius (Hybrid) for Sale

I know most people here aren't exactly local to Southern California, but I am selling my 2001 Toyota Prius, and was wondering if anyone here might be interested, or maybe know someone who is.

It's in practically perfect condition, we bought it Toyota Certified used one year ago, it gets 46-50 MPG depending on how you drive it, was used mainly for commuting to work and back, and runs like the day we bought it.

It definitely is a great car. Everyone who actually rides in it/drives it, likes it.
I can ramble on for days how awesome it is, and being a computer/networking nerd I always wanted to put a small little PC under one of the seats, with a DVD drive in it, so I could do some Wardriving, watch DVDs, play my entire MP3 collection, everything you can do with a computer, in my car via the LCD screen that comes center dash. It's touch screen too, so it makes it fun to just change the radio station. But I never had the money to do it, so I am giving up on that dream.

I went from a 1977 Chevy Nova (about 12MPG) to this Hybrid last year and it was a huge difference, for obvious reasons. :)

From now on any car I purchase will be a hybrid, or all electric vehicle. Those vegetable oil powered cars aren't bad sounding either. :)

Well considering I can't pay Toyota Financial what I still owe in PR8 links alone, I'd have to say none. :p
But I will except Federal Reserve Notes. :D

I answer this on the informative page better, but the short answer is we just bought 2 scooters (Yamaha Vino 125) that we will use as our main form of transportation. They get soemthing like (80MPG) We also have a car that can get us around in the rain, and longer trips, plus it's paid off.

Basically we are just cutting our expenses down, and making payments on a car we don't need is expensive. Plus I laugh at all the So. Cal people driving their H2's everywhere, and I'd like to contribute a good environmentally safe car to people who will commute more than I.
