My client is looking for a logo for his carpentry business. The name is

About the name:

It is a play off his last name 'Halladay'

Use of the word wood to reflect the carpentry trade

Vision for the logo design:

Approachable, memorable, bright, bold, strong

Use of the colour teal / turquoise with a secondary colour

Vintage / retro vibes

Incorporating wood grain

Use of Hollywood sign font perhaps?

Evident that it's a carpentry business

Option to have a black or white background

Not the typical saw blade / house / hammer design that all carpentry businesses have
